3. Left click on an "L/"

expected: a 'popup' appears showing information about the build
actual: nothing is shown, although the mouse pointer seems to suggest that the
box is there, just invisible

Dupe of bug 305632; the L/ popup uses 'opacity: .9' in a #popup ID (or similar
name) that applies to the L/ link clicked on via JS.
