When the rolling credits of Thunderbird are shown, the name of Andr Dahlqvist is
messed up like if it was written in iso-8859-something in a file supposed to be
in UTF-8

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in "Help" -> "About Thunderbird"
2. Click on "Credits"
3. Wait for "Special thanks to" section (about 25 sec.)

Attachment: credits.xhtml should be utf-8

What I did was I saved the file again as utf-8 and corrected that one garbled
char. The diffs look pretty strange but...

fixed for now until the next time I end up editing the credits file.

Andre hasn't been involved in the project for a long time so we may end up just
removing the name the next time I have to touch the file instead of having to
fix the utf-8 encoding again.
