Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Middle-click (press scroll button on MS Intellimouse Optical) on any link in Browser window. 2. NOTHING HAPPENS (Link should open in new tab) 3. Actual Results: NOTHING HAPPENS

http://bugzilla.mozdev.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10967 Update multizilla (new version released few weeks ago) or just try to reproduce with clean profile. WFM with WXP 1.7.11 clean profile and with multizilla.

Following suggestion from bugzilla@mcsmurf.de, I uninstalled MultiZilla (1.8.0.1h) and that restores Middle-Click functionality so it looks like the issue is with MultiZilla, NOT Mozilla. Sorry, didn't think to check. Tried the latest update/release of MultiZilla (1.8.1.0a) but that still doesn't work...
