Details
The Answers.com search plugin, added by default in bug 289362, sends the query
string to answers.com encoded as ISO-8859-1. However, the Answers.com server
expects requests encoded as UTF-8.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "Dictionary" (with the blue Answers logo) from the search drop-down
2. Look up "resumé"
3. Notice that the returned page has "resum" in the search feald, and asks you
"Did You Mean: resumé".
