After changing the font to a desired size using the ctrl -/+, you will notice
that the next firefox session does not inherit the font size from the previous.

Repro steps:
1. Open any web page in Firefox
2. Press Ctrl++ two or three times to increase font size
3. Press Ctrl+N to open new instance of Firefox
Expected result: New window should inherit the larger font size set in step 2.
Actual result: The new window uses the default (original) font size.
Alternate repro steps using New Tab:
1. Open any web page that contains a link to another page
2. Press Ctrl++ two or three times to increase font size
3. Right click on link, and select "Open Link in New Tab"
4. Click on newly opened tab within same Firefox browser window.
Expected result: New tab should inherit the larger font size set in step 2.
Actual result: The new tab uses the default (original) font size.

I think View > Text size is meant for temporary purposes (for one single website
with an unreadable small font-size). All other pages would be rendered in giant
letters only because of this one site.
