Leaving these buttons out was an intentional decision, IIRC, and within the mission statement of providing a browser that focuses the user on browsing. The goal is to keep things out of the user's way by default an eliminate clutter wherever possible. Marking this one as WONTFIX, but thanks for the suggestion.
