Do you have any extensions installed?  If so, try running TB in safe mode and 
see if you get the same result.

Work fine in Safe Mode and normal mode. Nothing has changed except for my
anti-virus program. I am running TrendMicro Pc-cillin. Do you think that could
of been it.

If I had to guess, I'd say no.  The .xul file mentioned in the error message you 
saw is not a file that the AV program is likely to have seen, let alone to have 
broken.
