Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6

When a new FF update is present, an up arrow red mark is seen on top of the "Go"
field.
It is very difficult for the end user to know the meaning of this red arrow. In
fact even for the experience user, sometimes its difficult to notice the arrow.

A more descriptive info like "<red arrow> + New Updates Available + <red arrow>"
will definitly help new user.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Whenever the updates are available.
Actual Results:
Red arrow is seen.

Expected Results:
"<red arrow> + New Updates Available + <red arrow>" should be shown which is
more user friendly.

Useful for non-technical and new users.
