Details

Nightly Sunbird builds are great, but more and more bug reports are coming in
from users of the calendar extension (especially for TB).  It would be most
helpful if tinderbox could also create nightly builds of the calendar extension.

This would most likely need to be done in a separate round of building, due to
the presence of several #ifdef MOZ_SUNBIRD lines in the code.
