i launch firefox and a white screen comes up. i can do any thing. the only menu 
that i can access is the costomize. i can go to any site. i really cant do any 
thing. i have tried system restore. i restored to several differnt point and 
nothing. i have uninstalled than reinstalled.

for it to work and be able to surf

start Firefox in Firefox-safemode (Via windows startmenu) and see if it works.
If so, than it's either an extension or a theme that's not working right.
