The toolbar (in yahoo mail compose mode) located above the message and below the
attach files button does not load in Firefox. This toolbar contains things like
font size, font color, bold, underline, cut, paste, spellcheck, etc. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to mail.yahoo.com
2.click compose 
3.toolbar does not load above message box

Actual Results:  
no toolbar loaded

Expected Results:  
the toolbar should automatically load
