it's a huge pain to switch between full and regular just to go back, or enter a
URL.  I was thinking two things:

    a.  'super full screen' that is as it is now, plus a 'regular full screen',
where you get the address bar and button bars, but no start bar

    b. one mode, full screen but with the little XUL collapsing widget.  That
way  the only thing showing in full screen is a collapsed address/button bar. 
Perhaps even in collapsed form useful things could be placed on it, such as
really tiny buttons.  I only think this because collapsing it just makes it a
narrow rectangle, but still renders the portion of the screen to the right
portion of it unusable, we could extend it and put reallllly tiny buttons on it.

Added partial nav buttons to the context menu which solves partial things here. Got some trouble with a URL textfield in it.
