Could we get a new component made under Core for Thebes and the Thebes gfx
backend implementation?  A dummy user (new.gfx or something) would be great for
the default assignee, so that stuart and I and whoever else could watch that user.

description, i don't do a very good job of reading minds.

something like.. "Bugs with Thebes, a C++ wrapper around Cairo.  Also includes
bugs with the Thebes gfx implementation, and replacing Gecko/gfx rendering with
direct Thebes calls."
