Return receipts are sent when one opens an unread message. When some attachments
get deleted, some flag is not cleared, the message is re-read and TB sees the
return receipt indication again. So the RR is sent another time. Besides, if you
don't allow the 2nd RR to be sent, the attachments are not deleted !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an unread message with attachments requesting a return receipt.
2. Allow the RR to be sent.
3. Delete the attachments using e.g. a right click on the attachment pane.

Actual Results:  
TB asked again for permission to send a RR.

Expected Results:  
Nothing !
It could be linked to bug 226883 (old).
