sends wrong Content-Type if path to file ends in space character. This means
that the path was writen as text without using the Browse button. Usualy happens
when copy/paste is used to fill the path.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://validator.w3.org
2. in the "Validate by File Upload" fieldset fill the "Local File" input element
adding a space after. (the local file must be .htm or .html)
3. click "check"
4. the response of the server should be descriptive enough.
Actual Results:
The validator failed to validate my .htm saying:

"Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because its content type is
application/octet-stream, which is not currently supported by this service."
