The create chart feature may be very nice, but I'd never know it. It is very
configurable making it very complex. The old charts were comparitivly simple.
I am asking for a few pre-made charts that can be applied to any project to
help ease the transition into "New Charts" and for ongoing use.
For example, is there a way to get a chart to look like the one in "Micro$oft
Visual Studio Team Services" ?

Not exactly. This bug is about new charts while bug 266062 is about tabular/graphical reports. They would probably be implemented separately.
