User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+

If you set a windows' hidechrome attribute to true the window will override
GTK's 'always ontop' property causing the chromeless Firefox window to cover GTK
windows that have been set to stay 'ontop'. Prior to deerpark this behavior
correctly removed the chrome but preserved the 'ontop' window property for the
window manager. In Gnome this bug prevents the taskbar from showing since the
taskbar is usually set to 'stay on top'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new window in Firefox
2. Set the chromeless hidechrome attribute to 'true'
3. Notice the chromeless window overrides GTK windows set to stay on top

Actual Results:
Chromeless window overrides GTK windows set to stay on top causing the Firefox
window to come to cover all other GTK windows.

Expected Results:
Setting hidechrome to true should remove the chrome but preserve the 'always on
top' window property.
Summary: chomeless window attribute overrides GTK 'always on top' → chromeless window attribute overrides GTK 'always on top'
