I have received 3 junk emails addressed to similar addresses as mine.  The
latest was addressed to cbj3@comcast.net.  My email address is
cbj49@comcast.net.  All junk mail concerns c-ailis and/or viagra.  I want to
receive only mail addressed to me.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.There is no way to reproduce email addressed to someone else but received by me

The To: line is different from the email envelope.  The envelope specifies who
the email is addressed to.  This happens legitimately if you are blind carbon
copied on an email.  It also happens with spammers.
