The address bar doesn't show anything, nor can one type in it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch firefox on any page.


Actual Results:  
Address Bar nonfunctional

Expected Results:  
Address bar should display url and be typable/pastable

Firefox was installed over an install of nightly jp version which complained
about browser.xul which was installed over last nightly 1.0+
