I went to my Profile directory and renamed training.dat. Then re-started Thunderbird, a new training.dat was created but the problem still exists. Reproducible: Always

Thunderbird have to be trained to which mails are junk and not. Possibly your old training data got corrupted in the upgrade. Do you have the problem also after a while of marking messages as 'junk' AND 'not junk' (in case they aren't) ?
After I renamed Traing.dat to old_Traing.dat nothing changed. Previously, messages marked junk were moved to the junk folder. Now, perhaps thankfully, the messages stay were they are in whatever folder a filter put it into. The filters still work, but everything is being marked as junk.
Yes -- Even when I mark messages "Not junk" they are flagged as such. Oddly, when real junk is received, they aren't. I have already deleted Training.dat to no avail. This problem occured on the upgrade to 1.0.6 Is ther a fix for this? I depend on my email all the time.
