Every message being flaged as Junk since upgrade to Thunderbird 1.06, even those
which were not flagged as Junk before. I went to my Profile directory and
renamed training.dat. Then re-started Thunderbird, a new training.dat was
created but the problem still exists.

Reproducible: Always

Summary: Every message being flaged as Junk since upgrade to Thunderbird 1.06 → Every message being flagged as Junk since upgrade to Thunderbird 1.06
Thunderbird have to be trained to which mails are junk and not. Possibly your
old training data got corrupted in the upgrade. Do you have the problem also
after a while of marking messages as 'junk' AND 'not junk' (in case they aren't) ?
*** Bug 306155 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
After I renamed Traing.dat to old_Traing.dat nothing changed. Previously,
messages marked junk were moved to the junk folder. Now, perhaps thankfully,
the messages stay were they are in whatever folder a filter put it into. The
filters still work, but everything is being marked as junk.
Yes -- Even when I mark messages "Not junk" they are flagged as such. Oddly,
when real junk is received, they aren't.

I have already deleted Training.dat to no avail.

This problem occured on the upgrade to 1.0.6

Is ther a fix for this? I depend on my email all the time.
I believe this may be duplicate of Bug 250470.
