I have spent the a good chunk of the night trying to find skins or themes for
Camino, but cannot.
Support for skins/themes like Firefox would be very awesome indeed.

Umm... we have "skins/themes" via CamiLook/CamiIcon and extensions are covered
in bug 244890. I'm not sure this is a valid bug and I'm tempted to say WONTFIX.
Skins/themes definitely won't be integrated into Camino. Someone can make a
drop-in pref panel for that if desired, but that's a third party thing.
