User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050524 Fedora/1.0.4-4 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050524 Fedora/1.0.4-4 Firefox/1.0.4 The option "ask me every time" does not belong to the entry "Keep cookies" but should be a configuration option under "Allow sites to set cookies". I might want to be asked to store a cookie everytime but keep cookies only until Firefox exits. Allowing and keeping cookies are two distinct options. The current layout is somewhat counter intuitive. Reproducible: Always

Firefox 1.5 will have a feature called "Clear Private Data", so this RFE is WFM, maybe it's still a bit counter intuitive.

if you want to be asked about cookies, and store them for this session only, use the appropiate button on the prompt.
