Download manager shows file progress and speed as negative numbers after 2GB of
the file is downloaded. I guess there an overflow somewhere.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Download a file bigger than 2GB (e.g.
ftp://ftp.linux.ee/pub/suse/suse/i386/9.3/iso/SUSE-9.3-Eval-DVD.iso)
3. Watch the file progress and speed readings after the first 2GB is complete

Actual Results:
After 2GB the counter looks like "-1990972 KB at -95.-5 KB/sec; unknown file size"

Expected Results:
It should not switch to negative numbers I guess... :)
