Link should be changed.

Some toolbar links should be added besides Google: Yahoo! and A9.

Google Toolbar is now out of beta.
It's a good opportunity to change the link, so I did.
We need to discuss adding other toolbar links.

Have updated page as per Kohei's comments and committed changes. Left out AOL toolbar (still in beta).  When AOL toolbar is final, please reopen bug or create new one to get resolved.
