Firefox ignores the command line option -iconic.
Whith this option or an equivalent one Firefox should start minimized.
This is usefull for putting "firefox -iconic &" into ~/.xinitrc since restoring
is considerably faster than starting Firefox up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put "firefox -iconic &" into ~/.xinitrc.
2. Start Xwindows: startx
3.

Actual Results:
Firefox starts in restored mode.

Expected Results:
Firefox should start minimized.

-iconic is a commandline option that is honored by many other X-applications.
