Every time I restart the application the startup page seems to be the deep park
alpha 2 which is really inconvenient. I set it up to blank and the next time I
start it it shows "blank" but loads the mozilla stuff. Please, fix it!!!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your current startup page
2. Restart the browser app
3. See what happens



Expected Results:  
The startup page is always the deep park alpha 2 mozilla page
Please test on a more recent build, a lot has changed in the last month and a half.

The browser does open the release notes automatically when a new milestone build
is installed, otherwise this works fine for me. Reporter, please reopen if you
are still having this problem with firefox 1.5 beta 1.
