currently, the Tinderbox for German Firefox Branch builds is orange due to
string changes.

Patch to adress the string changes in browser.dtd, advanced.dtd and
connection.dtd, also removing BOM in advanced.dtd.

overlooked the obsolete #define in installer.inc, fixing that now.
