<div style="width: 120pt; padding-left: 9pt; padding-right: 9pt;">Mon
texte</div> devrait laisser 120 - 18 = 102pt pour "Mon texte" alors que Firefox
fait 120pt pour "Mon texte" et 120 + 18 = 138pt (width) pour la largeur de la
<div>. Cette différence de comportement avec Internet Explorer fait qu'il est
extrèmement difficile de réaliser un même site pour les deux navigateurs ! De
même le margin-top de <table>, <font>, <h>, <ol>, etc... devrait être égal à 0
par défaut.

You didn't specify which version of Internet Explorer you tested this with.  I
believe IE6 does it correctly.  See

If you still believe there is a problem, attach a standalone testcase using the
'Create a New Attachment' link.
