User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; it-IT; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: 1.0+ (20050828) Just leave Quality Feedback Agent selected in any L10N TB installation (tried italian it, german de, spanish es-ES) and it will crash. Reproducible: Always
Installation ends with: "An error occurred during installation: Quality Feedback Agent: -214 DOES_NOT_EXIST"

I can confirm this problem on the same platform with the POLARBEAR complete installer.

I can confirm that http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8-l10n/ does not have any talkback XPI at all. What builds are these being repackaged from?
