Just leave Quality Feedback Agent selected in any L10N TB installation (tried
italian it, german de, spanish es-ES) and it will crash.

Reproducible: Always
Installation ends with:
"An error occurred during installation: Quality Feedback Agent: -214 DOES_NOT_EXIST"

Polarbear doesn't build Thunderbird, does it? Are you saying you're having the
same problem with the Suite 1.7 installer?

Benjamin, any ideas why QFA installation would fail?
I can confirm that
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8-l10n/
does not have any talkback XPI at all. What builds are these being repackaged from?
