Error message on downloading updates:
e.g. Walnut
Firefox could not install this item because "install-vh2.rdf" (provided by the
item) is malformed. Please contact the author about this problem.
All theme updates result in this error message - different file name for each
theme. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on icon to install updates.
2. Allow updates to download and install.
3. Each theme stops in mid-install, giving the above error message.

Actual Results:  
Popup box identifying error. Upgrade could not complete.

Expected Results:  
Installed the upgrades.

Please provide an url to one of the themes that you are unable to install... I
realize you stated all themes but it is best to work with one of the ones you
are having problems with.

I am not able to reproduce this bug with 1.0.6 or 1.0.7 when installing themes
from AMO and the reporter has not responded so resolving WFM. Reporter, if you
can still reproduce this problem please reopen this bug or file a new bug and
include a link to one of the themes.
