See bug 299518 comment 9. The idea, I think would be to post the dialog
asynchronously and delay binding attachment until after the capability request
has come through (or been denied) and we've either set up or not the implements
information in the XBL proto impl.
This depends on support for making such a capability request in the security
manager, of course.
