I have Norton system works 2005 with norton password manager 2004 as part of it.
 It worked fine until I downloaded and used mozilla firefox and thunderbird. 
Now none of my passwords are able to work.  HELP

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to a site and the password does not pop up anymore

Actual Results:  
no password is shown

Expected Results:  
The password should pop up so you do not have to place in the data

From Symantec's system requirements for it:

Supported Web browsers for Norton Password Manager:
  Internet Explorer version 5.01 SP2 or higher
  AOL 8.0 or higher

We can't make them work with us if they don't.

In general, you'll have better luck with "How do I...?" things at
http://forums.mozillazine.org/ where people will be happy to tell you about the
built-in password manager, and other third-party things that actually do work
with us.
