sometimes when selected 'properties' option from right-click menu on the
bookmark it doesn't display the properties dialog box.

Restarting the firefox solves the problem.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open bookmarks menu
2.right-click bookmark
3.select 'properties' item from the menu

Actual Results:  
no properties dialog is displayed.

Expected Results:  
properties dialog of the bookmark.
