Manage bookmarks Dialog.
The menu options under file stop working after the first time. This problem was
duplicated on nightly version 08292005.
Reproduce steps:

1. Alt b for bookmarks menu
2. Press down arrow to go to 'Manage bookmarks', a dialog opens.
3. Alt f for the file menu.
4. Press b for new bookmarks. A new dialog opens.
5. Close the dialog and try it again. Press b for new bookmarks.
6. othing happens. None of the options under file menu work after the first time.
7. Clicking the toolbar options with a mouse also does not result into anything.

Workaround: select a bookmark or folder (by either pressing Tab three times, or
by clicking a bookmark in the right-hand pane) - the problem is that you have to
have one selected to be able to add one.
