If you move resize a browser window around on the screen before getting an
"Entering secure site" or "Accept cookie?" dialog, the changes are lost after
responding to the dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set security.warn_entering_secure in about:config to true if it isn't already
2. Open Google
3. Type http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ into the location bar but don't hit enter yet.
4. Hit Enter and quickly (Or slowly if you're on a slow line) resize the browser
window or move it around without releasing the mouse button.
5. When the warning comes up, hit OK.

Actual Results:
The window snaps back to its original position and/or size

Expected Results:
Retained the new characteristics set prior to the dialog, or had the window snap
to where the mouse is after the dialog is dismissed.

Not sure it matters, I'm running on Windows XP x8664 version, however this is
the Mozilla official 1.0.6.
In my experience this is pretty standard to any windows application.
I don't use many other apps, and even fewer with modal dialogs that give you any
time to do things like this, so that may be. It caught me off guard and seemed
like something that might cause problems. If it's general behavior then I can
learn to deal with it. In other words, sorry for a SPAM bug :(
