306556 - some status in fields.html is broken

Description

[victory <[e-mail]>]

wrong variable name produces empty so some status words are broken.
I confirmed on 2.20rc2 and tip only though,
this file isn't changed after 2.19.3 so this will happen on those Bugzilla.

The previous patch had a DOS path that would not apply.  I did inspect and test
it already.
