When composing emails in Thunderbird, the Insert Key doesn't work.  The program
continually stays in Insert mode with no ability to go to Typeover mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the Insert Key when composing an email and nothing happens.

Nothing, the Insert key will not switch to typeover

Expected Results:  
It should switch between typeover and insert when you hit the insert key
