Steps to reproduce:
1. javascript:alert(5)

Result: The sheet is blank until after it finishes coming down.

Expected: The sheet should be filled in before it comes down.
Isn't this just a problem with the prompt service and whaver it does in this case, in particular how it interacts with the OS?  Nothing DOM-specific here.
