In Thunderbird's RSS reader, a feed with items that contain the same link 
attribute (see URL) will not display properly in Thunderbird (although it works 
in Firefox's live bookmarks).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a feed with all items having the same link (e.g. http://
marblehead.com/schools/mhs/headlight/tools/rss-news.php)
2. Open the RSS folder.
3.

Actual Results:  
Only one item (the first) shows up.

Expected Results:  
All items, even items with the same link, should show up.
