When I print this document, I get the first two pages, and the last page, but
about 3 pages in between are not printed. (Last page footer says "3 of 3"):

"Page Preview" shows the same incorrect results.

My font settings (from the Advanced dialog):
  Proportional / Serif / 18
  Serif / Times New Roman
  Sans-Serif / Arial
  Monospace / Courier New / 15
Margins are 0.5 inch all around.

Document prints correctly using Firefox 1.0 with completely default settings.

Actually, Firefox 1.0 printed 5 pages, but it should have printed about 13.
Again, the very last part of the document did print.

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.3 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
