Be4haviour of the middle mouse-button differs in 2 things from Windows XP to Linux
Under Linux (SuSE 9.3), when I click a link with the middle button a new tab is
created but not activated, under XP it is activated.
Clicking a tab with the middle mouse button reloads it under linux and closes it
under windows

Reproducible: Always
>Under Linux (SuSE 9.3), when I click a link with the middle button a new tab is

That's a pref. You probably changed it on one computer but not on the other.

>Clicking a tab with the middle mouse button reloads it under linux and closes it
>under windows

That's bug 171132.

In the future, please file separate bugs on each issue.
