In persusing Bugzilla component owners today, I noticed that the RSS feeds do
not have a default QA component owner.  Need to have an email address attached
to this since I will be watching these bugs.
Marcia was asking me about this on IRC, I believe it goes to nobody@mozilla.org
currently and she wants to get it set up with one of the role accounts.

it's in thunderbird. rss@thunderbird.bugs ?

This looks good.  There are still two areas in Thunderbird that have no qa contact listed - Mail Window Front End and Message Compose Window.
marcia is now the default assignee for Bugzilla: Keywords & Components.
