drop-down list of search bar plugins cannot be accessed with the keyboard
(Firefox :: Keyboard Navigation, defect)
(Reporter: gherald, Unassigned)
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050816 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050816 Firefox/1.0.6 When you click the currently selected plugin in the search bar, a list of possible pluggins drops down. This same drop-down list should be accessible using the keyboard. Alt+down and Shift+down both gives a list of previous search strings. Perhaps one of those should be changed. Ctrl+down and Ctrl+up will change search engines one by one (without displaying the drop-down list), but this is far from ideal when there are many to choose from. Reproducible: Always

Please don't file bugs on Firefox 1.0.x. For testing the experimental builds that will eventually become Firefox 2.0, use: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk For testing the experimental builds that will eventually become Firefox 1.5, use: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 283273 ***

Well, correction. You can file security or crash related bugs on 1.0.x. Other than that, look to later versions for improvements. Firefox 1.0.x is based on a 2 year old version of Gecko.
