Deleting titleoverride element from a page does not clear titleoverride value

Details
As discussed in IRC, the titleoverride extension does not currently have a facility for automatically clearing (or ignoring) a set titleoverride value when the titleoverride value is removed from a page. Changing the titleoverride value seems to work fine, but clearing it does not.

(Fixing this will require running some code on every edit, and obviously not just those that have a t-o tag in them. Not sure how to do that in MW1.5, or if we should even try rather than figuring it out for MW1.7.)
