Ditto here for SeaMonkey 1.5a (the 1.1a page is valid, and comes up with a link to the SeaMonkey project page). I haven't found a bugzilla entry specific to SM, though.

We're going to remove the Release Notes menuitem (can't recall the bug number offhand) so this doesn't matter.  We're not doing a 1.6a1 release at any point, anyway.
