The menus in today's nightly changed from the default Windows XP Explorer
(default menus) to a blue, Windows 95 looking menu system. In fact the only
program I can find with similar (not even identical) menus is Office 2003. Also,
there are a lot of issues with these new menus. Space was introduced before and
after each menu entry, the menus no longer look 3D like they used to do, and
when opening a menu and bringing the mouse elsewhere the menu will sometimes
close and sometimes stay open.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
The menus should stay consistant with current XP applications, as older
Firefox/Deer Park versions used to be, they should look 3D, have the required
spaces and no more, and behave like normal menus.
