Whe I try to forward (or "edit as new") a message that contains images, the
first try nearly always appears with broken images. Usually closing the compose
window and trying again will miraculously fix it. But this is a bit much for
normal human users.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive a message with imbedded images
2. Try to forward it or "edit as new" it
3.

Actual Results:  
The compose window opens with broken images (empty boxes with the broken symbol)

Expected Results:  
Open the message intact.

Which version of TB?

Is the image included in the original message, or is it a link to a remote 
image?

Whoops, I failed to notice this was filed against the suite.

Question still stands.

Bug 315625 is similar, but that's a regression problem that occured after 1.7.
Since this is reported against IMAP, it could be a timing issue...

xref bug 287674, but if re-trying the forward fixes the problem, that seems an unlikely dupe.

Retrying doesn't help. It is still a problem in SeaMonkey 1.1.4.
