View the JPG at the given URL with Mozilla (build 2000030516); it does not 
display, instead just the URL appears. 

The same image works fine if you view it as a file or if you view the URL with 
Netscape 4.x.

All other images on the same page that one came from, 
http://www.3-cities.com/~redelf/anime/apsd_thu/as_pics.html work (except one 
which is genuinely a broken image).
This old bug seems to have been fixed since you reported it. Marking
WORKSFORME. Please reopen if you find you still have the same problem
with m15.
