As discussed in IRC...the thumbnails for wiki graphic uploads don't seem to be
working, as shown on the gallery pages:

Not sure what's up with that.
I believe this is the same as bug 306731. In the URL in that bug, there is a
thumbnail and clicking it loads the image just fine. It's just that the
thumbnail isn't working.

I realize they're two different installs, but they seem mostly to be the same
problem.

Dupe of bug 306731?
Solved by installing imagemagick and running maintenence/rebuildImages.php. I
suspect this has never worked.
