Hello,

I like to use keyboard shortcuts as often as possible. My setup for Camino is to
use the bookmark bar to hold folders and links to place I often go. I have set
google as my home page. This means that I very rarely need to type a URL.

I would be nice to minimise the toolbar in a browser window from the keyboard;
not my just clicking the squashed button on the left.

Love the app. thanks very much.

Sorry, the squashed button that collapse the tool bar is on the right!

If you mean the toolbar and not the bookmark bar (as I believe you do),
option-command-T. Does that not work for you?
Hi!

Option + Command brings up the 'character palette' for me? I'm running Version
2005042806 (0.8.4), I downloaded a few days ago, may be it's been added recently?

Sorry if I didn't make my self clear. When I refer to the toolbar I mean the
strip containing the control icon forward, back etc and the URL bar. It would be
nice to collapse this with a keyboard shortcut.

The only thing visible in my browser window is actually the bookmark bar, as far
as I'm aware this can't be collapsed from the keyboard either. You must go to
the view menu to do so.

Regards, Daniel.
The command-option-T shortcut to hide the toolbar exists in the nightlies (also
in 0.9a2) and will be in the next stable release of Camino. If you want to use
it now, download a recent nightly (from the main caminobrowser.org page).

In addition, the latest nightlies include a shortcut for hiding the bookmark bar
as well (command-option-B).

Great!

Sorry, I didn't realtise. But I should only comment on the nightly build!

All the best. We love the browser.
